PROJECT LIFE SWOP 2014
Saturday, February 08, 2014 A little while back I stuck my name down for a Project Life Swop as organised by the lovely Lisa at Not Ladylike. The idea was to swop some your own Project life supplies and mail them out and in return a fellow Project Lifer will send you a package.
I received my parcel of goodies from the lovely Nicole at Gypsy in Jasper (check out her blog and be prepared to be very envious of living in a place as gorgeous as Jasper and pick up some stellar fashion advice on what to wear- my particular favourites being Halloween or Baby Shower) and as all good mail should do, it made me smile.
It's nice when it's not a bill that drops out of the envelope but a whole bunch of great Project Life supplies- kinda made my day!
I will admit that I have not even started 2014 yet! I move house next week and decided that I would wait until we moved and get set up before taking it on. January and February will simply be a little review in my folder and I will carry on from there. This package made me eager to get started soon.
I have never done scrap booking before so I will admit to not having a lot of scrap booking supplies in my Project Life folder. I tend to print images I like from the computer and pair them with hand drawn things and I end up writing on most of the photos I put in the folder so it was nice to get some scrap booking stickers to use.
I love this little clothes hanger and immediately the idea that I could use it to air some dirty laundry in my folder or reveal some skeletons that may lie in my closet!
A huge thank you to Lisa for organising this swop and a mega huge thank you to Nicole- your parcel rocked and I will certainly raise a glass of G & T in your general direction- cheers!
