Baking, building, birthdays and butchery!  Its been busy, busy, busy!
On the butcher front, I have been planning some exciting things for the 124 Grand Market this Summer with the Sangudo Growers Association which, is made up of a group of friendly farmers living within about 25 kilometers of the hamlet of Sangudo, Alberta.  I am so excited about what is to come- watch this space!

Recipes that only use egg yolks give me the perfect excuse to make meringue with the whites.  This was topped with lemon curd, Greek yogurt and strawberries.

This fabulous boy had a birthday and us grown ups busted our butts to make this Playhouse.  The boys LOVES it!

My mothers day gift- a Lemon Tree so I can grown lemons for gin (They know me so well!)

The sun is shining and the boys are in shorts and climbing rocks- gotta love the Summer!

What is keeping you busy at the moment?
