News Years Day was a chance to relax and assess our past year and think ahead to our new year!  With the kids in bed we raised a glass to toast what has been a pretty hectic year! 

As a treat to my meat loving hubby a little, huge, Beef Wellington was in order!  This is how it all came together:

I plan to make the rest of 2012 just as tasty!!
