By accident I have discovered a substance so sticky it can weld itself to greased, non-stick pans!  Surely this kind of material could have industrial uses? 

I made baked donuts.  They taste fab, better than I imagined a baked rather than deep fried donut could taste.  I greased my non-stick pan and once baked I tried to get them out to dip in the waiting butter and cinnamon sugar.  They did not glide out of the pan as I anticipated! 

Baking usually calms and relaxes me.  I am neither calm nor relaxed!  Bloody donuts!  I am off to make cookies- I know they don’t stick!

I will share the recipe once I can get the damn things out of the donut pan in one piece!
