PJ DAY APPLE PUFFS
Tuesday, November 06, 2012Lately I don't seem to have the time to think let alone blog! November is crazy! I like crazy though so it's OK!
Anyway we had a pj day at Harry's request. We decided a little baking was in order after Harry said he wanted Tim Hortons donuts but didn't want to get out of his pj's so could we call them and get them to deliver some!
We peeled, sliced and stewed some apples with some sugar and cinnamon:

We rolled out some puff pastry, cut it into circles and spooned some cooled apples onto each one.
We brushed them with some beaten egg and sprinkled them with sugar. They then got baked till golden brown.
As well as baking going down in the house Hubby just put a batch of beer on to brew and hopefully this weekend we are going to try making homemade mozzarella cheese. It's action stations at the Chatteron residence!
