"One should not attend even the end of the world without a good breakfast"

― Robert A. Heinlein

I love fried eggs, black beans and avocado for breakfast.  I also love not having to set the alarm clock but there is not a lot I can do about that one.  Black beans and fried eggs I got covered.
Make a batch of these black beans and then just heat a serving up for breakfast and life is all good.  They are also great in salads and awesome in tacos.
