Today was sunny and bright and the perfect day for pink lemonade by the pool. I carbonated some water (with my still amazing Sodastream) and then blended a whole un-waxed lemon, 4 tbsp sugar and a few frozen Saskatoon berries. I sieved the mixture and then added it to the water. Me and the boys enjoyed it very much. Today was a very good day.
A life without lemons is like swimming in the nude, you can do it but it just feels wrong! I am an Edmonton food blogger, lady butcher, enthusiastic baker, gin drinker and lego picker upper. I make fabulous food and share it here.
