I love to make paper aeroplanes, even now, as a grown up!  There are many ways to fold your paper but in my years of making them I believe I have perfected the art (bold statement, cue arguments from paper folding pros's, but hey, my planes are good!).  Many a rainy day has been saved from endless boredom by the paper aeroplane!
