We planned a little trip to Ski at Marmot Basin in Jasper.  The views were breathtaking, the snow was falling fast and the top of the mountain was calling!

It is one of the main things I am thankful for with our move to live in Canada.  I may miss my family and friends in the UK but seeing views like this are an opportunity I would not have experienced and they are worth it trust me, the pictures just don't do it justice!

  1. The snow was awesome, wasn't it!? Do your kids ski too?

    1. The kids are learning (saying that our eldest will soon be far better than us!) on a local hill in Edmonton. Hoping to explore the mountains with them next year!

  2. Maybe one day you'll get your mother on skies !!! maybe I'll wait in the bar and hold the handbags . xx

A life without lemons is like swimming in the nude! You can do it, but it just feels wrong.

A Life Without Lemons started when I moved from the UK to Edmonton in Canada. I blog about fabulous food, family and my long standing love affair with gin and tonic!

Very glad to have you come along for the ride- is it gin o clock yet?
