We loaded our suitcases onto a plane and flew to a new Country.  We landed, moved in, bought lots of things from Ikea, made friends, found a school, bought a dog and drank lots of gin (that last one was just me really!).  It's been an amazing year and it no way feels like a year since we moved to Canada.

A quick thank you to all of our friends and family in the UK for all of your support and a huge thank you to our new friends in Canada- you have made it so much easier to be here. 

We are raising a glass today to celebrate what we have done so far- it's been quite a journey!
