I have become a little obsessed with avocado.  I seem to eat half of one every day at the moment.  I know they are good for you but that has little to do with the fact that I just don't seem to be able to get enough of them.  Their pale, creamy quality just goes so well in sandwiches and spread on toasted bread with a twist of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime.  Guacamole features often too with wholegrain chips dunked into it and scooped greedily and happily!

Food obsession is good for now, lets just hope I don't run out of ideas for my green friend!
